What is Massage?

Techniques or styles used in motion connected to tissues, connects to body muscles, touches the skin, circulation techniques motion on our body nerve system, blood circulation, emotion therapy, to promote relaxation for our body and mind,  assist to release toxic via detox, to assist healing, to refresh or to assist slimming processes and to align our body contour by firming, re-energizing body cells.  To induce pressure at point pressure area or to reduce pain in pain management using pressure methodology. 




Which type of Massages fit you?

It all depends on individual person on what is require for.  Nowadays, we participate in massage spa for health or for body and mind rejuvenation.  There are occasion whereby slimming massage packages are being look for instead of consuming slimming food burner.  They are quite effective if a prolong time and frequent visit on these type of massages for the reason to burn down fat like calories burner.  Diet consumption will also be another added suggestion to watch over in the process of slimming.


 


At times individual for massages to heal their body aches.  Due to improper balance of blood flow which lacks of proper amount of oxygen or may be due to sports injury.  Even for babies, body massages helps the baby to have a healthier jovial happy baby because of the encouragement laughter.  However in any massages, should not be overdose especially for babies.  These are body relaxation therapy.  

The six senses of a good masseur will benefit many of their clients and is effective  to rejuvenate their clients mind too at the same time.  Depressed or stressed clients will be able to smooth their temperament.  Those who have sleeping problem may also try these therapies to see whether it will help them to have a better sleep after massage therapy.  These massages may assist to reduce at early stage or as mild healing therapy.

Usually these types of massages will last from 30 minutes to two an half hours therapy.  Suggestion is to have at least a one hour massage therapy each time as the results will be more effective.   

There are occasion whereby clients of the therapist feel ticklish or more pain after their selected massage.  For those who feel pain is either due to the congested tissue are already forming to have aches before the massage therapy due to stress, over work muscles, or air trapped in their body system.  Normally the pain is an uncomfortable pain just for few days and will go away in just a few days.  For those under medical treatment for severe long term diseases, is advise not to go for such massage.  They have to refer to their medical consultant before doing so.
